I’m a registered psychologist and the founder of Bear Hug Psychology.
I work with adults and young people (16+) in a way that’s collaborative, neuroaffirming, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and grounded in evidence-based care.

I see clients in person in my calm, leafy Ashgrove therapy space on Mondays and Tuesdays, and also offer telehealth sessions Australia-wide via secure video.
Your sessions are 50 minutes long and tailored to your needs - whether that’s building practical skills, exploring the deeper “why” behind your challenges, or finding more ease in daily life.

How To Get Started
Book an Appointment – Choose a time that works for you. A referral from a GP is not required, but if you hold a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), you may be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate.
Meet Your Psychologist – In your first session, we'll explore your goals and develop a plan to work through your challenges.
Session Format – Sessions are conducted face to face in Ashgrove or online, providing you with flexibility and comfort.
