For Referrers:

Referrals are welcome from GPs, allied health professionals, schools, and individuals. To refer a client, please send a copy of the Mental Health Treatment Plan (if applicable) or any supporting information via email, fax, or Medical Objects. Clients are also welcome to self-refer without a GP referral. Once the referral is received, we will be in touch to arrange an appointment and discuss the next steps.
