Based in Ashgrove, Brisbane, Bear Hug Psychology provides therapy for adults and young people aged 16+ who are navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, perfectionism, burnout, people-pleasing, identity questions, and relationship challenges.

How To Get Started

Book an Appointment – Choose a time that works for you. A referral from a GP is not required, but if you hold a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), you may be eligible to receive a Medicare rebate.

Meet Your Psychologist – In your first session, we'll explore your goals and develop a plan to work through your challenges.

Session Format – Sessions are conducted face to face in Ashgrove or online, providing you with flexibility and comfort.
